I'm not sure..... I had fried chicken and Corn-Potato Hash last night.....so I might make an egg soufflé tonight since that's pretty much all I got left in the fridge. I'll Carmelize some onions and garlic too, and stuff it in the middle, as I fold it over in half, when it's done cooking. Toasted whole wheat bread with butter and Raspberry Jam.

I was treated to a free meal at a restaurant I usually can't afford. (A work thing)
I had: Ham& bean soup, salad, fillet mignon, asparagus, mashed red potatoes, and pumpkin pie. It was super yummy! |

I wanted meatloaf and mashed potatoes, but I went off track when I saw the beautiful red peppers. I put them in my basket to make stuffed peppers.
But then....I saw some even better poblano peppers. And then...lol, still following me??? Stuffed poblano peppers, roasted potato wedges and a small side of coleslaw. Pumpkin ice cream...it was the best part!
