TOFU...butch style
TOFU....my wife cubes the super firm....adds to ziploc with miso, soy sauce, & I asked for 2 tbsps. peanut butter. I massaged the cubes really well, made sure miso, etc was well mixed & smooth.
I "air fried" them on 375 for 15 minutes...OMG....I WILL surely repeat this recipe. I added them to my salad, some mango chunks, & it was Deeeeeevine!!

Pulled pork BBQ with cole slaw on a brioche bun, potato salad, corn on cob for me.
I made my wife a chipotle mexican sausage (vegan) on a brioche with same sides as mine (except corn on cob). It was a quiet, intimate dinner for just us 2!
