One of the many perk of my job - is that I get all the major sports packages for half the cost that the viewing public pays...

So I can see all the games, no matter what coast I am on

Big weekend in Texas coming up. Rice vs UT season opener. One of my managers is going. I've been trying to get him to take me but he says he is taking his lesbian friend who loves football.

WHAT AM I? Chopped femme liver? sob

No one takes me seriously about my love for the game. LOL

Of course there is also the fact that I have to work and he and I aren't friends outside of work. snort

Awwww yeah!

GO GATORS! :)

They won their first game last Saturday, even though the first quarter they pretty much played hot potato with the ball and had to learn the basic rules of running and holding the ball at the same time.

I need to find a worthy college team on the West Coast now so I don't have to wake up at 9:00am to watch my team! I just can't rationalize drinking a tower of beer at the local sports bar at that time.
