I confess,

When I put myself on my original diet in 2007, it was hard, but being able to keep off 45lbs of the original 60lbs I lost, is awesome! I found cutting back on how much fast food I ate and ditching soda all together helped out! I also switched to dark chocolate from milk chocolate and to soymilk instead of cow's milk, helped me...That cupcake was evil but yet oh so good and I am still craving one! http://publix.com/food/catalog/Image...=171&childId=1 This is the cake that I had for my 37th birthday in December...

Feels like everytime I close my eyes the earth rotates a little faster and ITS MORNING!!!

Being on a diet and being a foodie are a TERRIBLE combination!

Because its Sunday...I WANT CHIK-FIL-A. (closed on Sunday)

I think Jesus still wants me to eat on Sundays!
