i confess
..dinner consisted of filet mignon and baked potato--it was delicious ...i hate to depend on anybody for anything ...my store is well on its way to hell in a hand basket,and i havent been gone for a week yet ...i need to find out just how much i can do,and how much pain i should/can tolerate without causing permanent damage ...since i've been laid up im trying really hard to avoid the bad fattening food and sticking to yogurt and multi-grain crackers as much as possible ...my son looks like a skeleton at 5'8" and only 125lbs..and i worry about him |

This morning I woke up wanting that freakin cupcake Zimmy was talking about!! I cant seem to get enough sleep! Feels like everytime I close my eyes the earth rotates a little faster and ITS MORNING!!! Being on a diet and being a foodie are a TERRIBLE combination! Because its Sunday...I WANT CHIK-FIL-A. (closed on Sunday) I think Jesus still wants me to eat on Sundays! |

I confess,
When I put myself on my original diet in 2007, it was hard, but being able to keep off 45lbs of the original 60lbs I lost, is awesome! I found cutting back on how much fast food I ate and ditching soda all together helped out! I also switched to dark chocolate from milk chocolate and to soymilk instead of cow's milk, helped me...That cupcake was evil but yet oh so good and I am still craving one! http://publix.com/food/catalog/Image...=171&childId=1 This is the cake that I had for my 37th birthday in December... I detest humidity.
I love being with my children and grandchildren. I am floating, and it has nothing to do with water or gravity. the innocence and honesty of little children is so refreshing. Jack surprised me by how much he loves children. Cowboy surprised me by how difficult it is to coax him from underneath Ryleigh's bed. I don't miss changing poopy diapers. AT ALL! Five dogs in one house is a little overkill, but it sure ain't boring!

i confess.
this new chapter in my life is fabulous, and keeps getting better. i confess. being rattled and being amused are way different things. i confess. its funny as hell to see a full grown cat in heat mark their territory, especially when the tom cat continues to troll every door. (thanks Scarlett for that story!) i confess. that life's little karma's and drama's make me laugh everytime i turn around. and i will laugh my tail off when it comes around. it always does. i confess. i may or may not have some dirty lil secrets regarding that very thing above. i confess. i may have a reason for leaving doors open, and it's working. like i knew it would. i confess. that the music in this house is prolly way too loud, i confess. i could care less, and will turn it up louder. i confess. these new 6 inch stilettos are fierce. and they put me at above 6ft. i confess. i am well worth that climb.

I confess I love the sound of rain hitting the roof.
I confess I woke up in the middle of what was promising to be a horrible dream, but now that I am awake, the rain is like a soothing melody and I feel better. I confess that sometimes my dreams are so vivid that I wake up having to remind myself it was just a dream. I confess that my lil birdies that eat at the feeders around the house are probably not happy with this storm...I can only hope they will be smart enough to come to the front porch, since it is covered. I confess I am going a bit crazy with all the wedding stuff. from my daughter wanting to wear a tux to Desd's folks and some of the coments they made about her dress.
