Dear Diggingly,
yes of course i remain active with the exception of the last month...due to the fact i haven't been feeling well. A metabolic support is a vitamin that assists with increasing the metabolism via supporting the thyroid found at a vitamin shoppe. Im hoping after my surgery i will feel well enough to start working out again..i think i will because i seem to be getting my energy back slowly.
