Good Morning Everyone,
I decided to weigh myself this morning and I somehow lost 3lbs..Woohoo!!! It must have been all of the walking that we were doing. I am having cold cereal in the morning for breakfast and coffee. Lunch usually is a sandwich with no side and dinner is usually chicken and veggies or a sandwich.. Have a great day!!! Zimmeh
