My only exception is for grains. Quinoa is very high in magnesium and also protein. You make it like most grains...2 parts H20 to one part Q and simmer it down.

Thanks for the info Dominique! I've been looking for something that's a complete protein package and this looks like it has everything i'm looking for. Can't wait to try it
