IYRKM, you'd know I work in spurts instead of spreading things out. This means I get involved in a project for entire days sometimes instead of doing little bits at once. My "flow" is very important for finishing things. I find I don't finish a lot of things I start if I try to piece them out.
IYRKM, you'd know I'm a harder worker than you might imagine from my current level of productivity. IYRKM, you'd know that, although I am pretty self-motivated, it's nice to have someone who pushes me to be better. I am better when someone expects the best from me, particularly if that person is someone I admire. IYRKM, you'd know I'm not as tough as I present myself to be and that my feelings get hurt quite easily, though if you don't know me well, you may never realize when they do.
