Last night, I had a good sized salad with Italian blend of greens, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced mini peppers, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, cold rotisserie chicken chunks and light balsamic dressing. Then I had some ambrosia for dessert.

whole lot !!!! my lawnmower just quit, it needs a new spark plug ... just as well ... leg cramps were coming on strong so I rushed to get a couple of doses of that pink salt that the Ms Sweet Bliss told me about. I forgot to take it this morning. It makes all the difference. All good now! Time to eat. This won't be pretty ... even the dogs will stand back. LOL! Cutting up but really am very hungry. All I had today was a banana and handful of potato chips .... lots of gatorade, of course! |
