Not sure, Sweet grilled enough for all week this afternoon. We have grilled mushrooms and grilled squash, Blade's special hamburgers, chicken wings, chicken breast, BBQ pork and BBQ beef. I have a lot to choose from so whatever I eat I'm sure it will be delish.

Baked chicken breas with wild rice toped with some mushrooms cooked in light butter and a dash of white wine,one small whole wheat roll.For desert I had 6 nice fresh strawberrys with splenda sprinkled over them.

ANNNNNNDDDDDDD its her birfday!..

Soooo, we'll start the day with a ham and cheese ( peppers/onions/ scallions etc) frittata.. then some of her leftover( from yesterday) chicken and barley stew.. then tonight a portabella and polenta stack...

I already made my dinner for tonight! I cooked for myself and a coworker. I made salmon seasoned with fresh lemon juice and targon leaves. I toped the salmon with a can of tomato, okra, and corn. When we actually eat, both of us will add green tabasco sauce to the salmon. (I keep a bottle in my locker at work )

I also cut up some yellow honey dew melon for us.

Finally, I made myself a roman salad with green onion, jalapenos, celery, pickles, and ginger dressing.
