stupid insomnia is kicking my butt this week - and that has thrown my appetite out of whack. Today I decided to have a larger breakfast and then will have a light dinner. Hopefully the walks I take today will help me fall asleep at a decent hour.
Right now I'm thinking dinner will be home-made carrot soup. And perhaps a salad and some roasted asparagus.

We did have the pork loin! Ebon made dinner tonight. Pork loin with celery seed and garlic powder and mushrooms and scallions on top and loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. Yum!
