Well I had Margharita pizza For lunch with a Coworker. My girl made chili today so that's what I had for dinner with shredded cheddar and bite Size Tortilla chips and a beer.

I made a very simple pasta tonight...whole wheat penne with mushrooms and spinach and a balsamic reduction that i threw a few capers into. Crusty bread. For dessert a red delicious apple, with biscoff.

deviled eggs

And after dark we watched the flying squirrels come into the bird feeders and eat. It was awesome!

Ahi tuna tacos with toasted sesame ginger and wasabi aioli

Entree:

Sirloin with peppercorn and a brandy a cream reduction, mashed potatoes, and asparagus

Dessert:

Walnut apple pie with caramel sauce and maple ice cream

Drank a Bellini.

A friend and I accidentally spent too much on dinner, but mmmmm it was worth it.
