Quaker high-fiber instant oatmeal (not as healthy as the real kind, but good for my busy mornings), a whole pink grapefruit grown right down the road, and black coffee.

That Porridge I get at Mother's Market above is a good high fiber one, and I LOVE It. takes 1 min in the mikeywave, 1/2 cup porridge, 1 cup H2o...MMMM,,

I use barely a hint of a sprinkle, and it's really good. I've found that I'm best to stick to the pink ones though...they're naturally sweeter so I'm not tempted to use more sugar.

And, it gives me an awesome dose of Vitamin C first thing in the morning.
