I use barely a hint of a sprinkle, and it's really good. I've found that I'm best to stick to the pink ones though...they're naturally sweeter so I'm not tempted to use more sugar.

And, it gives me an awesome dose of Vitamin C first thing in the morning.

or i think thats how to spell it... huge with really thick skin and naturally sweeter... no need to add anything... YUM!!
