We are having wild caught salmon marinated and grilled, herb seasoned rice and steamed veggies. Then flameless Bananas Foster for dessert. I don't trust my culinary skills enough to use a blowtorch in the kitchen JUST YET! I don't think a visit FROM the fire department, and a visit TO the ER is a good way to end date night!!

Tonight was *supposed* to be honey mustard chicken with steamed veggies and maybe some brown rice.

Instead, because I lost track of time, we had chili dogs with a big tossed salad and some grapes.

Lightly toasted Balthazar whole grain sourdough with foie gras, and a glass of Riesling...then on to a friend's birthday party, where I had delicious gooey dark chocolate brownies and a flûte of Champagne...
