found 3 cans of my favorite soup (Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle) at the grocery store tonight ... put couple handfuls of grated cheese and lots of black pepper in it before I nuked it ... eating it now - so good ... milk to drink

The ONLY good thing about the Brutal One working on the road is I can eat whatever the heck I like. So tonight it's tofu patties marinated in teriyaki ginger sauce with vegetables steamed in a tamarind juice/sauce. With LOTS of water chestnuts. YAY

I never did have the chicken sausage, so that's what dinner will be tonight.
Last night was a taco salad. Lean hamburger crumbles, round crisps, romaine, 5 cheese blend, light sour cream, guacamole, sweet corn, salsa and TB mild sauce. It was tasty. |

Just came in from the grocery store with lots of fresh produce, decisions Caramelized onion to go with the teriyaki sausage Green salad with red juicy vine ripened tomatoes, avocado slices and cold cooked asparagus Going to try grilling thick slices of cauliflower tonight And then back to the ice cream with fresh red sliced strawberries.
