It's to hot to cook so I had a large glass of regular V8 juice with a simple salad.

baked potato with leftover burger, mushrooms, onions, topped with cheddar and some sour cream. I also enjoyed a small salad (greens w/ cucumber)

I had a big salad of spinach, almonds, cherry-infused cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles and a summer vinaigrette.

I followed this with 3 WW ice cream bars.

A garden lunch: fried green tomatoes, sweet peas, string beans, and lima beans....

Also on the menu not from the garden was mashed potatoes, roasted chicken with gravy, and my homemade pickled beets from last years garden.
