Yes Happy Mother's Day to those that have their moms to celebrate with.
My condolences to those whose mother's are dearly departed. becca, you are a mommy, sort of, to your doggie  i am still dancing around here, as the jazz beat really did the trick this mornng musicman, thanks for revving up the kitchen a notch. i best not turn it up too loud, we might get in trouble from the ADMINS *hahahahaha* |

Good Morning. Happy Mothers Day indeed to those who have them or are them! LOL
I just put some fabulous Sweet Italian Cream flavored creamer in my cup o joe-AHMazing! Also, on a side note-and perhaps too much TMI-(that's the kinda chick I am !LOL) Mother Nature herself decided today of all days to spite me with my period at 4:30 IN THE MORNING! RIGHT~Happy Day to me!! Breakfast however is being made for me-can't complain there. Its just not being made by someone i care to have it be made by  a girl can dream right?

Good morning hunies and homies
Music...you're a mind-reader! Toasted bacon and tomato sandwich in the morning is one of my favorite things.... just add a big cup of coffee and I'm in heaven!   So nice to see so many smiling faces in the kitchen this morning...sorry I bailed on dinner last night...I had a challenging day. Happy Mother's Day to all My son is with his father today, but we celebrated yesterday in true 12 year old boy style....late lunch at Red Robin for burgers and a trip to the movies to see Iron Man 2. I do love movies...pretty much all of them...so that was fun.Today is all about housework and laundry for me...was gonna be yardwork but it poured down rain yesterday so weeding is the only thing possible. We'll see how ambitious I feel later. I got a nice sleep in today (since the dogs went with the son), so decided to treat the kitties to a can of tuna when I finally got up. Lots of purring going on around here now.  Hugs to all the hunies and homies ...and kisses for my baby

Well i have been up for hours, and haven't actually scratched too many things off the to-do list today.
Guess i'll resort to a relax day. Has Tommi come back from Starbucks yet and did he bring us some beverages? Someone told me that a SB coffee with a shot of espresso is called a Red Eye. Sounds inviting LOL Jo good to hear your furry kids got some tuna this morning. i bet they wuv their mama lots. Hopefully Braedon has infused his blood with a good boost of caffeine to kickstart his day. How are you feeling now Bradeon? i think i will bake this afternoon - maybe some peanut butter cookies.....yes i will take a photo....stay tuned for a gallery update this afternoon. |

I can't tell you how good peanut butter cookies sound right now. have a craving for Apple crisp with some ice cream. Too bad my forte is breakfast cooking. I'll have to wait for the pics from freyja and drool over them.

The beach sounds wonderful!! I miss North Carolina.. I lived 3 hours from the mountains and 3 hours from the beach. It was awesome.. You could plan a weekend on a whim... Here in Missouri we have a lake... ughhh!! If we didnt own our home Daddy and I would definitely be moving someplace more fun than our little bible belt town! So I can dream of the beach and know we will run our toes through the sand soon.. Becca |
