What's for breakfast today?

After working on the ranch this morning I need a big breakfast so I am making migas, sausage, and toast with Irish tea to drink.

My only day off for 2 weeks so

I made pumpkin pannycakes with Turkey sausage and Yogi vanilla spice tea...

I have enough batter to make pancakes tomorrow if I want. I don't have to be to work til ten so its feasible

an egg with pico de gallo on top and toast with compound butter (I'm still in transition to being vegan..just can't seem to give up my over med eggs in the morning..it's my final step)

Oatmeal with diced apple, shredded coconut and a sprinkle of super seeds (chia, flax, quinoa,amaranth and I'm sure I'm forgetting one) a dash of cinnamon.

Water to drink and coffee with Mexican hot chocolate to take to work with me.

a cup of coffee and a handful of tranquilisers ... watching CNN...what a bunch of bullshit coming from "Security Advisors" and "Security Experts". The Pope is right. We are in an incremental WWIII and nobody knows wtf to do about it.

drinking hot chocolate and reading threads...collette we are all scared...war is not the same as it used to be...what happened to the days where we sent our soldiers off to war and we fought til the death until someone gave up? now its all intellectualized...the french will have three days of mourning...but i believe the world is mourning a much greater loss... forever...
