Jo's Kitchen (and yes, the coffee IS on...)

Good morning hunies and homies

I see the early morning shift has already been in...and Music has left us a lovely breakfast as always! Think I'll have an extra big serving of those crispy hashbrowns this morning, maybe an egg...and of course the big cup of coffee....better put on a fresh pot too!

Glad to see our early birds were dancing away...lucky Freyja with two nice butches to dance with!

I'm trying to be productive today...laundry going, kitty boxes cleaned (ew), logged in and working away for my paying job ....did I mention that I love working from home? Just makes life so much simpler! My morning commute is 10 steps, and can be done in slippers...doesn't get much better than that.

Hope all of the kitchen dwellers have a lovely day today...the sun is out here, but still cold. Hoping I can get outside soon to do some weeding...before they take over....

Good morning! Well I had to cut down to one cup a day. It really sucks because I love really strong rich African Kitamu made with my Tassimo machine. It was a trade off. I could have switched to decaf but decided to enjoy that one beautiful cup in the morning.

All this talk about bacon and tomatoes, peanut butter cookies... makes me pout. I had to make lots of great changes so maybe I can share some of those. I want to be healthy but refuse to give up full flavor.

So today it was farm fresh eggs- 2 white, 1 whole omelet with mushrooms and hot sauce. Toast made with Ezekiel sprouted bread with a dab of almond butter and honey. It was really yummy and filling.

well hello to all the kitcheneers..yes Kat it is ANOTHER beautiful day in south florida...comfortable 82,sun shining,birds singing...it is nice huh

hell i thought i was on an island this morning,waking up to Gloria and the smell of wonderful food in the air

I can't decide what to make for dinner tonight (must be Monday...)

While I figure this out I'm whipping up a batch of deviled eggs (just suddenly in the mood for those)...maybe some nice olives, a little cheese and crackers, some veggies with a little ranch to dunk them in....

Anybody in the mood for anything in particular?
