I finally put in 4 over due reports at work today ...I procrastinated with them for long enough. For my efforts, I'm sitting here eating a tub of honey, caramel and macadamia ice cream.

I have managed not to yell at my sister because I know she's hurting. Even though I was attending a training course for work and she won't stop calling/texting.
