Quinoa with cooked spinach, tomatoes, and some feta cheese and black (hot) tea to drink.

It was quite good - filling, yet not so heavy that I won't want to hit the gym later on this afternoon. I just wish the home stores were open today - I've found what I want and the money is on hand.

I ate dim sum! Turnip cake, fish balls, pork balls, pickled vegetables, sweet & spicy radish. Yum! Yum!
