How do you know when you are getting older?

I used to be able to stand and put on tights. Now I have to lean against the bed, or be close to a wall. ....I suppose balance leaves, lol

When you can't wait to get home and change out of work clothes.

When going to bed at 9 pm doesn't seem too bad.
