It has been awhile since I have posted some of the movies/documentaries that I have caught. I thought I would share a list here this morning. Many fine people have posted some of these if not all. (((((hugs to all*S)))): Brooklyn- difficult predicament and I felt there are some similiarities to LDR's .... The Big Short- I appreciated the actors and the honest perspective concerning what happened.... Burnt- I really enjoyed this movie more than I thought. Carol- moving and haunting The Danish Girl- Interesting Freeheld- I am a fan of non-fiction based movies, books etc. This was emotional. I appreciate how far we have come in the last four years or so... I Am Potential-A father puts his energy into his son who is blind and wheelchair-bound helping his sone overcome obstacles that shows the other's the sons potential.... Inside Out-I loved this..when I lived in England my grandfather had these comics which I loved to read. They were comics of people with little people in inside the body making everything work...not sure if I explained that in the best way but the movie made me smile.... Joy- Better than I thought it would be and enjoyed it. Room- good movie The Intern- I liked this The Stanford Prison Experiment - Interesting Trumbo- I encourage watching this another non-fiction based movie that opened my eyes to a history I didn't reallize existed in that arena. Spotlight- A must see *CAUTION-TRIGGER PRONE* so protect yourself mind body health before you decide to watch this movie, I suggest reading a bit about it and then making a decision. *Hugs* Steve Jobs- It was okay .... Straight Outta Compton- Very insightful What Happened, Miss Simone?- A must see Just my brief two cents*S Have a great Friday!!!!!

Trailer is marginally better than the movie :/
Vin Diesel tries to leave his Fast & Furious persona but fails miserably. He is better in films with that genre as not much dialogue and acting is required as action scenes dictate the plot. |

This movie is so riveting, and put me on such an emotional roller coaster...I think I felt just about every emotion imaginable....I ask myself with events that are constantly being brought to life ..tears..the injustice..the brutality of police officers ( I know not all are like those portrayed in this movie or in the news) ..there is a very huge problem that needs to be addressed though....I could go on and on.....I ask myself have things really changed that much today?..Peace and love....."
