If you are ever in the area, visit Quebec City in the winter.
   Enjoy the winter carnival  Have a drink at the Ice Bar  Spend the night at the Ice Hotel  Hell, if you are so inclined, get married in the ice chapel!   In case it's not obvious, I love Quebec City.

Chicago Architecture Foundation offers a great array of tours in the windy city for anyone interested in architecture. For some reason, I couldn't get a link to their website to work to post here but it's definitely worth checking out to see all they suggest

This is Miner's Castle as viewed from the Picture Rock Boat Cruises which run out of Munising Michigan. Fall is one of the very best times to take this cruise IMHO |
