What I love about my perfumes from L'Occitane is tgat they are essential oil based. They really don't have a heavy fragrance and I use very little.

for some time now, I do men's Cool Water after shave, use a little like cologne ... it seems lighter to me than the cologne

I don't always know when I'm wearing too much as my sense of smell is off kilter. If I can smell it on myself and it's not too much for me then I go with it.
