Well, they are still folks like us in their other body, but most of us can't see them. Like us, we like to visit places and people of interest to us. I personally believe and have wittnessed that yes there are those crossed over who migrate still towards the physical bodies. But most who have crossed over already release themselves from that shell.

They may frequent when a visit comes from a loved one to comfort them. But most have no attachment to it after crossing.

Some have not gotten to that point yet and look over it for a time. Or those who for whatever reason, have decided to stick closer by for a time.
There are those who have passed and not transeded as well.
