Enjoying the first drink of the day. Waiting for the Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes to bake.

I've already chopped my little heart out, onions (I cried), celery, cilantro, apples and Brussel sprouts.

Getting a two for one...cupcakes and sweet potatoes in the oven at the same time.

P.S. I was just handed drink number 2, good times!

I had such an awesome day..... got to see my son one last time before he left to go home; spent the day with my best friend, whose husband made us awesome home made salads for lunch and then soup and home made bread for supper; then stopped to get a huge strawberry smoothie made with strawberries, honey and coconut milk; and now I'm snuggled in my bed with pillows watching TV... The Voice .... with my room mate, Shirley (who had a very nice day too).
