Enjoying the first drink of the day. Waiting for the Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes to bake.
I've already chopped my little heart out, onions (I cried), celery, cilantro, apples and Brussel sprouts. Getting a two for one...cupcakes and sweet potatoes in the oven at the same time. P.S. I was just handed drink number 2, good times!
