My Gilmore Girls plans were re- routed. I got home earlier this evening to a message that my Butch lesbian folk singer crush from my 20s was playing at a coffee house 10 miles from where I live. I haven't seen her in probably 15 years or more. I had 5 minutes to fluff my hair and put on a clean shirt and I ran out the door. It was really fun. She sounded phenomenal and we chatted for a few minutes. Yay. Now to squeeze in the Gilmore girls as previously scheduled.
