I'm having a bit of lunch right now -

grilled chicken breast tenders
broccoli florets, two baby red potatos and sweet onion
(that I sauteed in butter with a bit of honey to caramelize it a bit)

Then, I drizzled a bit of Thai peanut sauce over all of it.

I think I should have a cup of coffee though...

I need to be drinking about a 5th of Southern Comfort, but when I wake up in the morning I still wouldn't have a dryer or a refrigerator. Yes they both went out in the past week.

Finishing up a very rare and extremely awesome steak. I don't understand how people can overcook their steaks. It must be rare and it must bleed when you poke it!
