I'm having a bit of lunch right now -
grilled chicken breast tenders broccoli florets, two baby red potatos and sweet onion (that I sauteed in butter with a bit of honey to caramelize it a bit) Then, I drizzled a bit of Thai peanut sauce over all of it. I think I should have a cup of coffee though... |
