My maternal grandmother's line was Jewish. My mom was raised in a foster family that was Lutheran and my dad was Lutheran, ergo, we were raised Lutheran.
My youngest married a Jewish man and is raising her daughter Jewish. I am somewhere between agnostic and atheistic but am very curious about, and am drawn to, my Jewish self. I set a Christmasy table for tomorrow with menorah napkin holders. I got my bases covered. Hanukkah runs for eight days and nights, starting today (it is also Christmas Eve!) ending on January 1st. Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas to all at BFP!   PS: Linus, how about a Menorah smilie?! Thank you to everyone that keeps BFP running smoothly and open 24-hours per day. Happy Holidays!
