They actually suggested last night at 3am when I was the ONLY person on the site and got a "dropped connection" that we needed to upgrade to a DEDICATED SERVER to "handle the number of queries".

Oh, I do. I have a friend who hosted their blog (a blog no less with far less complexity than a forum) on GoDaddy and it sucked even for that! Anyways, if you need help or ideas, just ping me.

ETA: I forgot.. who are the mods? (so I know who not to really piss off) do they have special moddy kind of badges or other identifying thingies/widgets/whatzzits (you know those technical terms)?
