another option on Vegan toast-
toast whole grain bread and spread with 2 Tbsp Vegan refried beans or smashed black beans, next with, chopped tomatoes, green onion, roasted jalapeno slices and cilantro. Add slices a avocado on top. A touch of green salsa. Enjoy!
