What are you doing right now?

Woke up with foot cramps, made a mad hobbling dash for the kitchen, poured several doses of salt in my hand and washed each one down with a couple of gulps of milk. If I don't drink the milk, I get killer indigestion.

Now I am online, eating Fritos and hoping to become sleepy very soon.

I went to bed at 830. Woke briefly at 330 now up at 7.

They say sleep loss is cumulative and can't be made up for. I beg to differ.

Sometimes I get lost reading or writing on the Planet and other blogs and look up and an hour has gone by.
