How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

I stayed up until 1 am, knowing I still have a busy day ahead of me...

Eyes wide open at 7:30...well, eyes puffy slits in my face.

Let's get this camper on the road!

8, but not restful sleep. I drank too much and had acid reflux most of the night.

I slept from 2am to 11am, I think, so about 9 hours which is perfect for me.

About 5.5..fitfully. I wear one of those better breathing devices ( whatever it's called ) at night . I don't have sleep Apnea but I like the cool moist air it provides.

I breath great but the head gear stabs me in the ear every time i turn over. I'm going to have to work on that.

Eight or so hours. Woke up a lot but that's okay a long as I'm able to fall back asleep.

Four...four f'ing hours of sleep. I will be taking a nap, which will mess with my sleep tonight. Ugh...

11 hours

I got in bed at 9 pm and then I think I fell asleep around 10 pm (I listen to an audio book as I fall asleep). Then I woke up at 9 am.

I've been taking Zyrtec (OTC allergy med) in the evening, and it seems to have lovely sleep inducing properties.

I've gotten so much sleep this weekend. I hope I can carry that into the work week which is when I start to get not enough sleep.

On work nights I should really be turning off the lights at 9 pm, since I have to get up at 5:45 am usually.
