My doctors just put me on a 30-day heart study, where I wear a heart monitor, so they can get a base line reading of what my heart's been up too lately. So, last night I didn't get much sleep. The heart monitor kept going off, and I just as I would fall asleep again, it would wake me back up, *lol* (or not).
That, and I also just started taking Lisinopril (BP medicine), which actually helps me to sleep better. Hopefully the kinks in the heart monitor device episodes have worked themselves out because I plan on sleeping tonight. Last night I got about 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep; then after that, I got about 7 hours of sleep (I woke up rather late, around 10am).
