never get more than 5 hours anymore, then I can fall asleep at 6 for 2 hours and it is a deep sleep. Although my doctor wants me to go for a sleep study. I study and read about sleep when I am awake all the time. I will have a fit if I have to wear a CPAP machine.

I barely got 7 and I was awake every couple of hours during that time. I really could have use a couple hours of sleep, but I had an appointment I needed to get to.
