Last night was the final night of my heart study. I had to wait until one minute after midnight, technical time it ended, but I've got it all boxed up and ready for UPS to pick it up on Tuesday.
It was sooooo nice to sleep without the monitor going off, just as I'd fall asleep, *lol*. I got about 7 hours of sleep last night. I have kept myself busy today with small projects at home, so I am hoping I will settle into a nice long deep sleep tonight. |

Last night wasn't great. I went to bed late and got up early to go to the gym and get my wonderful day underway so I think I got about 6 hours again. Tonight, the alarm will not be set and I will likely not be up too late so I have high expectations for a lovely and long snooze fest.

I had about a solid 4 and then a "wide awake break" at 4am that I did not appreciate then another hour somewhere with weird weird weird dreams. I think I'm going to add "nap" to today's agenda.
