I scheduled in some self care this morning after waking up with a headache. Decided I will go in to work a little bit late today so I could just be slow with easing into the day and I feel all better for having made that choice.
I'll go in to work soon and I know it will be a very crazy day because it's been a very crazy week and it's Friday so all the last of the crazy needs to shake out. Then I'm leaving work and have a rather long session scheduled to hopefully finish a tattoo I've been working on. Then depending on the time I'll swing by a farewell party for a co-worker whose last day is today. |

1) A 3-part challenge lab test with my shot-to-hell veins.
I have healthcare PTSD now and have to do relaxation techniques when I have blood draws. 2) Then, I sm having my new TV delivered from Costco. A week ago I was on my iPad, heard a loud popping like light bulbs popping (which led TV is I guess) the screen on my TV went black and it smelled like it was going to catch on fire. I ran around unplugging everything No fire but no TV. I am happy to get the new one. 3) change sheets, vacuum and dust-not necessarily in that order. Have a good day, I am going to be late. I have been dragging my feet.

today I met my agenda! I wanted to get more horse tack posted for sale and I did. I also made arrangements with my teen helper to come over and mulch the garden beds.
and since its late, my agenda tomorrow is to post more horse tack for sale, and then get ready to go out with my BFF. We are going to a wonderful fancy restaurant and then off to see live theater.

Today I MUST:
Get more bananas for making ice cream and buy scouring pads for the rice pot I accidentally burned... I'd also LIKE to: hang the three curtain rods that need putting up and switch out my spring/summer clothes and store my winter ones. (YAY!!!) and mop the kitchen floor.
