*thinks a moment, then begins to write*

here I am on an island again
with teal-green ink I dip my pen
message to you from where I am
please send me butter, biscuits and jam

*gently pours a little sand on the letter to dry it*

*rolls up parchment, tucks it into pretty bottle*

*pops a cork into the bottle, carries bottle to the edge of the beach, tosses it out onto the waves*

*settles back, grinning, to wait for an answer*
