Light a candle

Today, I light a candle for Andrew and all the people at the hospital who come in contact with him. That he is protected and covered by all the love shown here and elsewhere. Let us acknowledge the awesomeness of the twin healing powers of technology and love.

In the lighting of this candle, I also speak into the flame for our sister, Spirit Dancer. In wonder and gratitude for the selfless care that she provides to a loved one and for her continued loving presence right here, even in the midst of her own life stressors. May she be given that love ten fold; may she be provided with rest and respite.
