Pretty good, considering ... the knee is jacked up (I have a severe case of osteoarthritis and I may have a torn meniscus), but I've got good healthcare. He gave me a shot of Kenalog and it's helping a bit, but not nearly as well as it has in the past. The next step is probably an MRI.
Things could be worse.

I made my connecting flight even though they gave me only 10 min to get across a big ass airport (Dallas). Also stressed... Two babies...one in front and one behind. Could they not get a marching band on board? This outta be SWELL
