I need for my shin to quit hissing at me.
 I called BlueCross/BlueShield. They helped me find another wound care specialist ... one who has incorporated pain management into his program. I cannot believe I allowed that jackass (previous doctor) to dig out, scrape this hole in my shin without some strong painkillers. Then allow him to send me home with nothing for the guaranteed 2 to 3 days pain after he does that. There is nothing admirable in letting him have at it multiple times knowing what would happen to me in the office and continue a few days later. Plain stupid! My first appointment with this new doc is this upcoming Thursday. I mean I really interrogated two of his nurses about pain. I feel confident the new doc won't let me suffer so needlessly. |
