Corn fritters and deep fried cheese curds....and the Minnesota State Fair has darn near everything on a stick! They also have Minnesota wines...so fun to try new wines!

I may have answered this before not sure but the answer is Fisk fries with plenty of salt and malt vinegar. I can not make them taste the same at home as they do at the fair
