Busy day today...
heading into Bend for a doctors appointment. I don't want to go but we need to figure out what is causing my chest pain. At times I can't even lift or reach for anything. It takes my breath away. Then there's the whole hearing problem. The doctor thinks something is pressing on the inside of my ear making everyone sound muffled. Like having someone place their hands over my ears. It's super weird every time it happens I get dizzy. Who ever said turning fifty was nifty... lied. Not sure if all of this health stuff is just part of having fibro.

There was a lot. Too much. And it's been like that every day for weeks. So I left work early for a spontaneous self care day. That included catching up on some tasks at home, resting, reading, and trying to sleep but... insomnia.
 Right now my agenda is to finish the salad sitting in front of me.

Pick up farm share- check next up- Set up tent to clean up and air out Laundry Tidy house Drive kid to and from a going away party Pre-plan some trips and things I want to do. Monopoly game scheduled to begin tonight. |

finally getting back on track with my work this afternoon ... was pulled off yesterday morning on some B.S. that required much research, emails to a contact on west coast who graciously replied with info very quickly ...

Work, work & did I mention work?...... More assembling, painting, scrubbing, feeding the animals, walking the animals, head to the store, catch up with friends for a coffee & a chit chat.... I even get to use a power drill today... Weeee! Wish me luck that the walls are still standing once i'm done with drilling in them
