Staying in bed an hour after waking up, just reading.
Noticing it was sunny enough to read while laying in the sun and then go swimming. That wonderful sound the wind makes in the tall, old trees. Hot shower. Cold pasta. |

Finishing up my third quilt I made since this hurricane came and never left!
First one was a sweet pink baby blanket size. Second, oh so beautiful, pinks, corals, peaches, lavenders. And this last one, 81 squares X 3, in jewel tones. Turquoise, magenta, purple and green. I decided to put down the phone and iPad, so easy to play games...lol Being productive on this time off, I'm going to sell them!

I went over to her house for a visit. I made her favorite dishes from scratch yesterday (after mowing). It was a feast with lots of leftovers. I also cleaned her house and knocked out some chores that she can't do. When I left she was smiling and nodding off at the same time. 《Smile》 |
