Yesterday

We went to our favorite restaurant. Their menu is quite inventive.

I had portabella mushrooms stuffed with broccoli, spinach, red pepper and cheese. Swiss I think. Sadly, they drowned it in hollandaise. I'm not one for sauces or gravy. I meant to have it on the side.

Also had homefries and shared a pancake with my love

Technically, it was two bananas but then We stopped at Dunkin on the way home and I got two bacon and egg croissant sandwiches. OJ to drink.

Homemade coffee latte (has 22 gms. protein) with some imported cheese (just trying to get rid of it from the fridge) and some veggies.

I was aiming for fast, balanced, easy cleanup.
